Comprehensive Safety Protection
· CNC tube benders have front and rear limit switches to prohibit feeding/carriage to move abnormally caused by artificial errors or machine malfunctions.
· Automatic mandrel lubrication system: Air blast and lubrication time can be set as desired.
· The data and programs can be retained for 3 years in case of power failure.
· Screen protection and password protection functions on CNC tube bender prevent the computer malfunction due to unauthorized modification of files.
· The electrical cabinet of CNC tube bender is equipped with an air conditioner to keep at a constant temperature. In may prevent electronic parts from damage caused by high temperature.
· CNC tube benders equip with emergency stop switch.
· If no mandrel is fitted on CNC tube bender, work piece length is not restricted (Cycling feeding function)

3D Simulation / Software Function
· 3D Tube Simulation installed in CNC tube benders can immediately display 3D tube shape based on input data of Y.B.C program. It assists users in editing a correct program and prevents from mistakes effectively.
· 3D Tube Simulation could be real-time shown on the screen while working in semi-auto or fully-auto bendingoperation.
· 3D tube graphic & Tooling dimension data can be previewed in advance that brings users convenient & quick files categorizing and storing as well as data searching

Operation Mode / Servo Control
1. ELECTRIC-SERVO CONTROL
· Electric-Servo motor drive of CNC tube bender combines with servo control.
· Feeding, rotation, bending, left/right shift, up/down shift, pressure die slidng…etc driven by electric-servo in CNC tube benders enables accuracy to reach in ±0.05mm/degree.
· Pressure-die and feeding boosters exhibit extra powerful bending capability.
· Manual servo control is available to set absolute and relative data to perform accuracy movement.
2. Y.B.C-AXIS CONTROLLED SIMULTANEOUSLY
· The simultaneous controllability for Y.B.C-axis of CNC tube benders significantly upgrades productivity.
· X.Y.Z-axis can be converted into Y.B.C-axis.
3.AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE LENGTH CALCULATION
·Once the dynamic process of Y.B.C-axis has been set, overall length of tube can be automatically calculated.
4.MULTIPLE OPERATION MODES
· It is available in CNC tube benders to select different operating modes such as single bending, manual, semi- auto and fully-auto.
